Costings are negotiated prior to commencement of work and can be calculated as....
- an agreed daily rate or
- a fixed budget
Costings will vary according to the nature of the job, assistants / studio space required and so on.
Quotes are exclusive of materials and delivery.
These are our terms of business....
- Once a project has been agreed we will confirm in writing, details of the budget, deadline, materials to be supplied by the client and so on.
- Work will then commence when we have received a work order accompanied by 25%-50% (negotiable) of agreed budget.
- We do try to be flexible, but significant changes to the brief after we have commenced work will need to be put in writing and will affect the budget.
- Outstanding balance is due on delivery.
